Muffins!

Well, the holidays are coming and because I love pastries and sweets and whatever is bad for your teeth, we did some baking :) Yesterday cookies (coconut and chocolate, mmm) and honey cakes, but today I wanted to help too, so that I don't just eat the goods. And because my mother and I couldn't find a better recipe, we went for muffins.

So, we had a recipe for chocolate muffins, they were supposed to be great. Then the search for models (moulds?) began. After a few minutes of searching the kitchen, pantry, bedroom, and the pantry again, we finally found them- in the kithcen. Some cheap paper models, they'll do.

We checked the recipe carefully, after a few minutes of mixing and stirring and a few dirty dishes, the dough was done. The oven was turned on and we started pouring the dough in the models. When they were all full disaster struck (;)), everything was spread around, as if the models were wet, heh. Then we put the models with the wannabe muffins into another paper model and it was all good.

We put them in the oven straight away, and after 25 minutes the flat smelled good, of baked muffins. Some spread a bit, but... we're eating them, not watching them!

Everything led to the conclusion, that we need to buy a baking tin and bake them more often. ;)
